David serves as Director of Strategy & Operations for The Noble Group, where he partners with firm leadership to drive strategic growth, operational scalability, and enterprise-wide execution. He leads firmwide strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and cross-functional alignment designed to enhance advisor effectiveness, elevate the client experience, and support the firm’s long-term growth objectives.

David brings a multidisciplinary leadership background spanning financial services, legal, and executive operations. Prior to joining The Noble Group, he served as General Counsel for a wealth management firm and previously held senior leadership roles across higher education and nonprofit organizations, including Associate Vice President, Dean of Student Success, and Head of School. Across these roles, he has led strategic planning, organizational transformation, compliance, team development, and operational redesign efforts.

In addition to his executive leadership experience, David is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas and co-author of The Maximizer Mindset: Work Less, Achieve More, Spread Joy.

David earned his Juris Doctor in Higher Education Administration from Boston College Law School and Boston College, respectively, and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Baylor University.

He lives in the Houston area with his wife and children, is actively involved in his local church, and is passionate about helping individuals and organizations flourish.
