Kirbe brings over a decade of experience in financial services to The Noble Group, along with a genuine passion for helping people feel confident about their financial future. Known for building strong, trust-based relationships, she makes complex financial topics approachable and practical for everyday life.

A Houston native, Kirbe grew up in Clear Lake and began her career after graduating from the University of Houston. She spent her early years at Invesco where she developed a strong foundation in retirement plans and financial services. She then joined Lincoln Financial, where she worked closely with Houston families in private wealth management before transitioning to corporate retirement services. In 2022, she joined AssuredPartners where she was selected for a specialized national team focused on financial wellness for retirement plan participants.

Kirbe found her calling in financial education—creating engaging financial programs and speaking with employee groups across the country. She’s especially passionate about meeting people where they are and helping them take meaningful steps forward.

As she puts it, “It’s important to me that people from all backgrounds feel seen, understood, and supported. I didn’t grow up in a family that fully understood the importance of saving and didn’t always have the means to do so, and I know how overwhelming it can feel. I want to remove the intimidation around finances and let people know that even if they aren’t where they want to be today, I’m here to help them make progress toward their goals.”

Kirbe lives in Katy, Texas, with her husband Andy, a veteran firefighter with the Houston Fire Department, and their beloved Chihuahua, Ruby. Outside of work, she stays active in her profession and community through women's finance networking groups and volunteer work with a Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo scholarship fundraising committee. In her free time, Kirbe enjoys gardening, cooking gourmet meals and traveling with family and friends often.
