Critt applies his 20 years of financial industry experience and certification as a Certified Financial Planner^™ professional to creating comprehensive financial plans for his clients designed to reach their goals and help them achieve financial independence.

He is focused on serving the best interests of his clients through comprehensive retirement planning, strategic portfolio management, wealth preservation and estate planning. He develops investment strategies designed to grow over time, but also that strive to preserve capital.

Knowledgeable and caring, Critt knows that clients want to work with someone who truly cares about their financial and personal success – and count on him to help them make smart financial decisions throughout their lives.

Before joining our team in 2015, Critt was a vice president at J.P. Morgan Securities and an independent branch owner/advisor at Ameriprise Financial. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Lamar University, where he played on the golf team as an NCAA student athlete.

Critt grew up in Beaumont, Texas, and has lived in Sugar Land for 20 years. In his free time, Critt enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting and – most of all – spending time with his boys, Trace and Lane, and his wife, Sherry.
