Paul Massey
Paul Massey, C(k)P®, AIF®, CPFA Regional Director – Dallas, The Noble Group Financial Advisor, RJFS

Whether Paul is serving an individual, family or a corporate retirement plan, his initial efforts always revolve around establishing their goals, then planning how to accomplish them in the most predictable and least risky manner. He focuses on reducing complexity down to a simpler and more achievable set of goals and objectives – to provide clarity and confidence.

In addition to leading our Dallas office team, Paul provides financial planning and wealth management for professionals and business owners, and fiduciary advisory services to corporate retirement plan clients. He is a 3(21) fiduciary and holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® and Certified 401(k) Professional® designations.

He strives to provide financial advice rooted in discovery, diagnosis, planning and process. “Clients look for guidance and resources they can count on, that can keep them on track over time, and deliver when needed. I take that seriously and am often told that the constant dependability is a hallmark of our relationship,” Paul said.

His career in the financial services industry spans more than 20 years. Prior to joining The Noble Group in 2010, Paul ran his own retirement plan advisory practice, Paul Massey & Associates, bringing his extensive knowledge of corporate retirement plans and wealth management with him. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Liberty University.

Paul is a deacon at Prestonwood Baptist Church and a volunteer at Student Ministry & Missions. He is also a past deacon at First Baptist Church in Dallas. You can often find him and his wife working with their local high school ministry, dedicating their personal time to the education of our youth. His passion and involvement with his church isn’t just local though, it extends even further to other various missions and nonprofit aid organizations around the world.

Paul grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He moved to the Dallas area in 1992, just prior to getting married, and has been here ever since. He and his wife, Heather, live in Frisco, Texas. They have three children, Paige, Brigette and Lauren. They like to travel as a family and have continued to do so through their daughters’ college years.
