Britton serves a wide range of individual clients in a variety of specific ways, whether it’s cash flow management for those looking to organically grow their personal assets, wealth management for individuals entering or living in the retirement stage of their lives, or the planning and transference of wealth for multigenerational families.
Employer retirement planning is also a large portion of her business. As a 3(21) fiduciary, she structures and monitors customized 401(k) plans for employers while providing open lines of communication with employees to provide education on overall financial wellness. When Britton is on their team, employers find themselves with an incredibly competitive benefits package while remaining confident about the health and cost of their plan.
“The 401(k) plans I advise on require attention to detail. This doesn’t just mean the advisement and monitoring of the investments, but also the service required to support the plan sponsor and participants alike. A healthy, compliant, competitive, cost-conscious plan is how my plan sponsors achieve clarity and confidence for the long term,” Britton said.
Britton began working for our team in 2013 at the Dallas office and moved to the Sugar Land office in 2015. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tulsa.
Britton was born in Lafayette, Louisiana, raised in Sugar Land, Texas, and has lived in Tampa, Tulsa, Dallas and Houston. Today, she lives in Sugar Land with her husband, Henryk. In her free time, she enjoys tennis, fitness activities, home design, do-it-yourself home improvement and cooking – specifically paleo, keto and dietary/allergen-friendly style. She loves spending time with her extended family and attending her parents’ weekly family dinners.
