Jarrod Hageman is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Throughout his career, Jarrod has worked with organizations of all sizes to help employees save for a more secure financial future.

Prior to joining The Noble Group in 2023, Jarrod spent 13 years as an advisor and manager at a multi-billion-dollar retirement consulting team in Houston, Texas. He began his career at Strong Investments in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he traveled the country conducting hundreds of employee retirement education and enrollment meetings. His most impactful career experience was spending a year building homes as an AmeriCorps member for Houston Habitat for Humanity.

Jarrod is not only a dedicated professional, but also a devoted husband and father. He takes great pride in his two amazing daughters and his marriage. When he's not working, Jarrod enjoys watching college sports, tackling a construction project, spending quality time with his family, and sharing his passion for sports and the outdoors.

Jarrod grew up in rural Nebraska, where he gained a love for athletics from his father, a coach and teacher. Jarrod earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from The University of Nebraska Wesleyan. As a collegiate pole vaulter, he learned the value of hard work and commitment, qualities that he now brings to The Noble Group.
