Surojeet (Suro) Ghatak works hard to help his clients achieve financial independence.

With over three decades of experience in the investment management field, and a career spanning numerous economic and market cycles, Suro brings a wealth of knowledge that he uses to help individual clients and businesses achieve their financial goals.

He started his investment career at Fidelity Investments and worked in a variety of roles: Quantitative Analyst, Equity Research, Capital Markets Strategist, Key Account Management and Consultant Relations. Prior to joining The Noble Group, Suro worked as a financial advisor at Cambridge Investment Research.

A graduate of Boston University, with a Master of Business Administration degree, Suro also holds Master of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering degrees from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society Houston.

Suro took a sabbatical from the investment business between 2019 and 2022 to pursue a childhood dream of becoming an Airline Pilot. He flew Embraer 175 airliners for a United Express carrier before returning full time to his financial advisory practice. While an airline pilot, he was Chair of the Retirement & Insurance Committee at the local chapter of Airline Pilots Association (ALPA).

Suro volunteers his time at the Rotary Club of Houston Heights, and the USAF Auxiliary [Civil Air Patrol]. He enjoys playing tennis and is learning to play the piano. He and his fiancé Kathleen enjoy living in the Houston Heights area.
