Chuck Flowers Jr, CPA® Controller, The Noble Group Branch Associate, RJFS

Chuck is responsible for all accounting and human resource functions, including financial statement preparation and analysis, revenue/expense recognition, forecasting, modeling, employee benefits, internal controls and processes, and financial transactions.

Chuck focuses on finding ways to improve our financial position and operational efficiency. Using his strong analytical and problem-solving skills, he looks at data across the entire company and initiates projects that allow us to correctly interpret past, current, and future financial data and make good financial decisions.

Before Chuck joined our team in June 2020, he was an independent financial consultant in Houston. He provided clients with analysis and advice on accounting policies and controls, reporting, business strategy, employee selection and engagement, and HR/benefits policies and management. He also assisted in developing and implementing financial goals and strategies for new ventures.

Earlier in his career, he was controller at Neuralog and Automated Voice & Data Solutions, and assistant controller at Westat. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance from Houston Baptist University.

Chuck is from Houston and lives here with his wife, Kristie, and son Nicholas. In his free time, he enjoys music, reading and spending time with his family. He volunteers for the Second Mile Mission Center and Toys for Tots, and is a troop committee member of Boy Scouts of America.
