Esmi assists corporate retirement plan sponsors in managing their company retirement plan and meeting their fiduciary responsibilities, and helps plan participants with selecting investments and saving for retirement.

“My goal is to get them to think about retirement as early as possible and convince them to save as much as possible from that moment on,” Esmi said. “I am female and Spanish speaking, the two groups that often do not get appropriate attention. 

“I did not always work in the investment field, so I can relate to mistakes that clients make. I use my personal experiences to let them know I understand and teach them the basics of saving or managing their retirement account.”

Before joining Raymond James in 2019, Esmi was a relationship manager at Enterprise Retirement Solutions (Amegy/Zions Bank) and held several positions at AIG/American General. She attended the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas.

Esmi is a native of Houston and lives here today. She has a son, Sebastian. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, skiing, running, cycling and attending performing arts events.
