Terry is dedicated to helping plan sponsors achieve and maintain a strong 401(k) plan for them and their employees so they can confidently pursue the goal of a comfortable retirement. With his cheerful and compassionate nature, as well as his tenacity, our plan sponsors know that Terry is going to be upbeat, attentive and happy to assist them with all aspects of their plan.
He also acts as a liaison between the plan contact, plan provider and third-party administrator. He assists with fund changes, annual notice delivery, periodic mailings, and other monthly, quarterly and annual duties. He puts together the quarterly reporting, helps with the annual testing and data submissions, and schedules meetings.
“I am very hands on with my clients. When an issue arises, I am the first person they call because they know I won’t stop until it is resolved. I find out what created the problem so that we can make sure it does not arise again,” Terry said.
Terry joined our team in 2014. Previously, he was a call center supervisor and junior account manager for CFS. He was responsible for scheduling appointments for 401(k) and group health new business meetings, preparing meeting materials and plan reviews, marketing and calling prospects, and maintaining three databases with 8,000 records.
In his free time, Terry enjoys spending time with his family, reading, drawing, watching movies, and working with the homeless.
